Course Overview: English for Construction
Let us develop and deliver a tailored course to address your business priorities and meet your employees’ literacy needs.
Working in a new environment is often very difficult for migrants, especially if they do not possess strong English language skills or have a robust understanding of New Zealand workplace culture and the variety of cultures found in a multicultural workforce.
Canterbury Culture has designed a programme that helps employers who have employees from a migrant or refugee background. We work closely with your company to design a personalised Workplace Literacy course that focuses on English language and New Zealand workplace culture to strengthen employer-employee relations, increase job satisfaction, and boost company productivity.
