Course length: 2 weeks

  • ­­­12 hours of learning the fundamental barista skills required to make coffee on a commercial espresso machine, including how to texture milk
  • 15 hours of hospitality English, including CV preparation & mock job interviews and coffee history

* Does not include self-practice on our machines

Requirements

A minimum English level of Pre-Intermediate/B1 (CEFR) is required to enrol in this course

Course Overview: English + Barista

Canterbury College’s English + Barista course will provide students with no prior experience the necessary technical skills and knowledge to be able to confidently prepare each type of espresso beverage. You will learn how to make eight different types of coffee.
